All of our items are personalised and made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please make sure all personalisation details and order information are correct before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
