Designed as a beautifully styled mobile embroidery cart, it allows guests to personalise pieces in real time with monograms, names, motifs and bespoke stitching details.
How It Works
1. Choose Your Package
Select the embroidery experience that best suits your event, from intimate private celebrations to larger scale brand activations.
2. Personalise Your Experience
We work with you to prior to the event to curate the details including thread colours, fonts, monograms and bespoke motifs. Ensuring everything feels aligned with your event or brand.
3. We Arrive & Set Up
On the day, we bring The Stitch Cart to your venue and seamlessly set everything up ahead of guest arrival, ensuring the experience feels effortless and polished.
4. Live Embroidery Begins
Guests can choose their personalisation and watch each piece being embroidered live, creating an interactive experience and meaningful keepsake to take home.
5. We Pack Down
At the end of the event we pack everything away and leave the space exactly as we found it

My journey into the world of embroidery began during lockdown, when I started sewing while on bedrest during my pregnancy. What began as a simple project making personalised gifts for my friends kids or napkins for family quickly blossomed into a passion and a small business that I cherish.
Every piece I create is made to order and designed with love, ensuring that each item is as unique as the little ones who will use them. I believe in the power of personalisation, which is why I take the time to craft each piece thoughtfully. While this means a longer turnaround time, they are worth the wait.
